Hello! My name is Onyx.

I have been a full time artist since 2019 whenever I became disabled from an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis. AS is a progressive inflammatory disease that effects the spine causing immobility, chronic fatigue, and pain.

I started crocheting as a way to have something to do during flare ups whenever I was unable to move much or get off the couch. It is a very relaxing hobby. 

I got into resin casting about a year later whenever a friend showed me how to make pendants. I went from necklaces to full geode perfume trays in a matter of weeks. 

Eventually I wanted to be able to personalize my resin crafts so I took up vinyl printing. I can now fully customize trays, jars, shirts, bags, and more with vinyl. 

Other than working on my art full time, I have a wonderful family and several loving pets. I reside in South Georgia and I often enjoy visiting family at the beach in Florida.
