Orders labeled Ready to Ship / In stock will ship next business day, USPS Priority.
Vinyl and sublimated items estimated 2 week delivery on Made to Order items. 
Resin Items estimated 4 week delivery on Made to Order items. 
Crochet items estimated 4-6 weeks delivery on Made to Order Items. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on non custom items.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase. 
Custom items cannot be restocked so they may not be returned or exchanged. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
